Naked Eye conducted a series of in-situ usability sessions to evaluate how older adults interacted with a next-generation Amazon device using touch and voice commands. Using usability heuristic the evaluations assessed users' understanding of the system’s functions and identified friction points from initial setup to feature navigation.
